Terms of Service
Last updated: October 22, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (the business using Clear Catch) and Michelle Stewart, operating as Clear Catch, a sole proprietorship registered in Ontario ("Clear Catch", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Clear Catch, you agree to them.
1. The service
Clear Catch connects to your HubSpot account. It scores new leads, filters spam, assigns leads to your reps using rules you set, and shows the results in the Clear Catch app. We may improve or change features over time.
2. Your account
You must be at least 18 and using Clear Catch for a business.
Keep your login details safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including what your reps do.
Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Free trials
We may offer a free trial. If we do, we'll tell you how long it lasts. At the end of a trial, you need to choose a paid plan to keep using Clear Catch.
4. Plans and payment
Plans are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars, at the prices on our pricing page.
Each plan includes a number of new leads per month. Leads over that amount are charged at $0.35 each on your next bill.
Taxes are added where they apply. Until online card billing is live, we send an invoice by email each month and you can pay by Interac e-Transfer.
We may change prices. We'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email before a change affects you.
If a payment fails, we may pause your account until it's paid.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you've paid for. We don't give refunds for partial months.
6. Your data
You own your data, including your HubSpot data and your leads' information.
You give us permission to use it only to provide Clear Catch to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
You confirm you have the right to share your leads' information with us, and that you collected it lawfully.
When you close your account, we delete your data within 30 days.
7. HubSpot
Clear Catch needs a working HubSpot connection. HubSpot is a separate company with its own terms. We aren't responsible for HubSpot outages or changes that affect Clear Catch. We'll do our best to adapt when they happen.
8. Scores and AI suggestions
Scores, tiers, lead briefs and next-step suggestions are aids to help your team. They can be wrong. You decide how to act on them. Lead assignment follows the rules you set.
9. Fair use
Don't use Clear Catch to:
break any law, including anti-spam and privacy laws
send unwanted messages to people who haven't agreed to be contacted
try to access other customers' data, or test or overload our systems without our permission
copy, resell or rebuild Clear Catch
We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
10. Availability
We work hard to keep Clear Catch running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Scheduled maintenance and our providers' outages may cause interruptions.
11. Limits on our responsibility
Clear Catch is provided "as is."
We aren't responsible for lost sales, lost profits or indirect losses.
Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Ending the agreement
You can stop at any time by cancelling. We can end this agreement with 30 days' notice, or right away if you seriously break these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
If we make important changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Clear Catch after that means you accept them.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
